I was born in April 1976 in Patagonia, Argentina. Between 1994 and 1999, I studied Psychology at the Universidad del Salvador and between 2000 and 2004 I specialized in clinical psychology as a resident of the Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Teodoro Álvarez, in Buenos Aires.
In 2001 I started practicing and studying Hatha Yoga.
After spending two and a half years in Mexico, between July 2007 and December 2010 I lived mainly in India but also in Nepal, Thailand and Sri Lanka. They were years of solitude and experimentation, of a lot of practice and study, of transformation.
Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Kundalini, Zen meditation and Vipassana, Thai massage, were the main, but not all, oriental mind-body work variants through which I transited.
Since 2011 I teach in my studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina, different methods of mind-body medicine, yoga and meditation.
My postgraduate training in mind-body medicine includes courses taught by the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine of the Massachusetts General Hospital and by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, certified by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
I am “University Expert in Therapeutic Yoga”, by Universidad Cardenal Herrera, Valencia, Spain, certified by the European Yoga Alliance.
I am currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Psychoneuroimmunoendocrynology at Universidad Favaloro.
